“Very nice guest house”
Really nice place if you need a place to sleep in Kutaisi! Walkable distance to the city centre, great bed and good facilities. You can also buy a delicious breakfast from the hosts!

“Pleasant stay”

A bit hidden, but suprisingly big and well equipped hotel with very good bed. Also, we order taxi transfer for 40 GEL and it was no problem even though it was at 4AM.

The owners were very friendly, willing to help at any time! they have a cute and big dog that is always around. I liked that it is a safe place, surrounded by nature and close to literally everything, by walking you reach everywhere.. Distance to the center and attractions just by minutes walk,

The room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was functional. There is a washing machine that can be used and a dining area if you don't feel like eating out.

The best place I stayed in Georgia. Very clean and nice room and bath. Location is close to the city center. Next time I fly to Kutaisi I will for sure stay here again

“Clean and nice homestay”
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the host was amazing. They made us an amazing traditional Georgian dinner at request late at night. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kutaisi under a budget.

Several days ago, i was at Dika’s hotel. First of all, location was very good,this is very crucial for every tourist. Hotel is very close from city center. Hosts were nice and kind people. Room was full of all necessary inventory. To sum up,I fully recommend this hotel. Everything was by standard .

“Wonderful hotel”
The room was modern, nice and clean. The staff were ever so nice and helpful. The location was brilliant, very close to the city's centre which is always a bonus for me. I had a lovely time, would definitely recommend.
