We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean and uncomplicated. We asked via Whatsapp to stay one more night due to rain (we planned to go to the mountains) and it was no problem at all. It is close to the city center and to many restaurants. A nice coffee shop (Bukioti) and a really nice georgian restaurant (Cafe Bar Pirosmani) are just a few minutes away. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

“Lovely place to stay!”
The owner was absolutely lovely, she greeted us with kindness, showed us the whole place and even gave us some alucha (a local fruit) to try! The stay was very comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect.

This is simply terrible treatment of guests! First, they confirm check-in for a family with children from 3 to 4 a.m., and upon arrival, all the rooms are occupied. We had to spend the whole night looking for another hotel. It's simply outrageous!

Good and cozy location, hospitable staff, SUPER comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. The host Ana was so kind towards us and she even ordered us a taxi for a late pickup from the airport since we arrived in the night. Thank you!

The best location, right in the center of the town. The staff was nice and the check in easy. The room was clean with the basics and the price was amazing! The best value for money hotel in Kutaisi! I will definitely stay again in my next visit!

“Comfort night in the city centre”
Great location in the city centre, nice big room. 5 minutes walk from the bus stop, 8-10 to grocery store. There is opportunity to cook food. I was alone in the end of November:) Only 1 woman of staff always live near the kitchen.

“Awesome hotel that's really central with a lovely host”
Fabulous hotel in Kutaisi and great value for money. Anna is absolutely adorable. She doesn't speak English but she is very kind, smiley and friendly. It's 3 mins walk to the main Colchis fountain square so great location. I was in the triple room. Lovely old style room with high ceilings that's been modernised. Bathroom was great too and big! Highly recommend and I'll definitely stay here when I'm back in Kutaisi Once again - massive thanks to Anna who was really very sweet
