Our second stay here, so in addition to all previous info, I'd like to mention that this is a family owned placed. All the people - at the reception, cleaners, cookers, are family and it's great to support them. I really wish you all the best, and all the best for Kutaisi and Georgia! :-)

Teo & her team were very helpful & loving. the chef there also let me cook bf for my kids. location was gud as just outside on walkable distance is Mac D. Teo assisted with all the city info. and driver facility.

To start with some useful information - as of August 2024: - breakfast time 8-11 am - the hotel accepts now card payments (we did so) - the pool on the roof has been renovated and is a concrete one, open 24/7 - there is a new elevator so you don't have to bring your suitcase by stairs Fantastic place with amazingly friendly people. The lady at the reception was charmingly helpful and I really appreciate all the help she offered (if you're reading this, you're really the best!) Breakfast selection was decent. When we had to leave early in the morning one day, before brekfast starts, they prepared lunch boxes for us! Location is great, about 7 minutes walk from the main place. Wifi worked fine with no problems. Once again, thank you for all the help and smiles!

“Conveniently located and clean, but facilities could be better”

We had a room with a large rooftop terrace in front of it. This made it nice. We saw another room in the big building, and it was cramped and not nearly as pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good. Owner or staff were very welcoming. Location in a leafy semi-crumbling old neighborhood, near the historic synagogue only a few minutes walk from the city center and the fountain.

This is our best hotel in Georgia. very nice and always helpful staff. cool pool on the top floor. The rooms were clean, they even offered us a choice of rooms. Close to the center. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Thanks a lot

Wonderful local breakfast prepared every morning.I liked everything about it and staying and now I will miss this hospitality from all staff.

All staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They arranged our airport transfer and 3-day tour. They are very flexible with our requests during the tour. Breakfast and dinner were great and home-cooked.
