“Wonderful experience”
Fantastic experience at Stepin. I really loved the vibe of the place, the eclectic design, the location felt safe and I slept like a baby at night as the pillows and bed were super cozy. Clean bedsheets and fresh towels. I would certainly stay again and Beka is an amazing host. There was a shortage of gas for a day but he proposed series of alternative solutions. Hidden gem of Kutaisi. I was staying in the attic studio for five days. Great value for money. Thank you 🤎

“Chill stay”
very calm neighborhood, a bit outside the center but still walkable. Our room had a great view. In a better weather the balcony would be pleasant. They have the cutest cat!

The room was very warm and cozy and location of the appartments was very convenient. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Also, our last day at the apartment we met with a nice gentelman (our neighbour) cat, which made our day. We really recommend it!

I loved everything about my stay. The hotel is close to everything you need. The place itself has a very welcoming and warm vibe with a very nice and cozy garden. The host was also very sympathetic and cool. The room was very comfortable, well equipped with an AC, and a huge balcony too for a perfect and comfortable relaxation. I definitely recommend it. (:

“Amazing place, would book again”
We're very happy with this location and the rooms. The apartment is a top floor apartment in a guesthouse with a small camping site next to it. There is a lovely family running it. We had no problems finding the place as well as parking there - there is a place to park your car inside. The location is within 20 min of walking to the city centre.

I love the location and the views. However it was a very windy night and I could hear the roof sometimes, so keep that in mind. The staff were lovely and the garden is beautiful. Furniture and interior also looks great. Thank you

“Best stay in Kutaisi”
The room is exactly like the photos. It has a nice little balcony with street view. Fully equipped and spacious apartment on the attic of an old building. We rent a car so it was easy for us to get there, and we could park the car inside, safe and convenient.

“Great value for money”
Great that they have a kitchen and a great view over the mountins. The check-in process was easy. We just texted the numbet by Whatsapp that we are arriving. We got a quick answer and everuthing was really smooth. Really easy to find the property.
