I cannot stress enough how wonderful my stay was here. The owner of the house is the kindest woman I have met in my travels. She goes above and beyond to help, gave amazing recommendations and in general made me feel like I wasn't staying at a guest house but like I was visiting a relative. I will definitely come back.

Very cool hostile. Gives you a traditional home feel. Common area to hang out. There are dogs and cats that are super friendly and take pets if you give them, but never approach you if you don't go pet first. Not a special or dust, everything is being cleaned daily. And the owner bends over backwards to make guests happy and make sure they have everything they need. Very helpful. Amazing experience.

It was very clean. There was air conditioning. The host was very welcoming and nice, however, she didn't speak much English. There were some issues with the WiFi, but the owner was trying to fix it. The place is quite old but well kept and cared for. Overall, I recommend the place.

Manana is such a lovely woman! Felt very welcome in her home. She also let us do laundry which was a big plus. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Kutaisi :)

Very friendly lady, very welcoming and sweet. The bedroom was big and comfortable and the location was perfect to explore the old city and reach other travel locations by bus

The location is very convenient and the room itself was very nice with convenient beds etc I absolutely loved how the owner met us. We booked it at the last minute and she managed to prepare the room and let us in almost immediately. She was suggesting lots of things and trying to be of service which was very nice, I’m glad we stayed there

Very friendly land lady who was waiting for me even the arrival time was past midnight. The room was clean, good size and the building has character. Relatively close to town center. Definitely recommended.

Extremely nice landlady who let us stay in the lounge while waiting for our flight whole next day till night. The room itself was really comfortable, spacious and clean. Bathroom and everything was also excellent. Amazing service for an extremely good price.

We came back to Manana's place just for one night before our flight back to Italy. She welcomed us like an old friend, it was lovely seeing her again. We were very sorry we couldn't say bye because we left very early in the morning. Her home is perfect to visit all the city by foot. To us, kutaisi's dedopali!

If I was able to choose 11/10, I would definitely do it! Everything was just perfect. Manana is such a friendly and nice person. The room was neat and warm even in November. Manana provided us with everything we needed, told us about buses to places we wanted to visit, she even came down to see us off and explained the best way to the train, when we left at 5am! One of the best guesthouse experiences in my life! Warning: Manana has several cutiest kittens at her backyard and you probably will spend lots of time stroking them :)

Mana was really nice and offered us tea, soup and cookies. She even helped us to get to the transtation even though it has been really early when we left the guest house. The house is well located, the room is clean and you have everything you need

Very friendly host who was able to help with directions and gave us a map. She was very kind in making sure we were settled. The room was comfortable with character and air conditioning. The property is not signposted but the host was waiting outside for us.

Manana is unbelievable warm and helpful host, thank you once more and will be back next time!
