A great choice for anybody who wants to book a value for money room in Kutaisi! Exactly next to the central bus station, in a calm neighborhood, which is really useful if you want to travel to other cities of Georgia. More than everything however, i have to say that the family who runs the rooms is absolutery polite, helpful and ready to solve any problem you may have...

Nice stay very close to the bus station, in a charming house. Aleksandre is very helpful and friendly, even if you change 3 times you reservation ! Definitely recommend it !

“Simple room at perfect location for catching early marshrutka”
It is in perfect location if you need to catch an early marshrutka in the morning as we did. The room it self is very simple but has everything we needed- comfortable beds and hot shower. The conditioner was perfect for the hot night we had. Otherwise we could not have any sleep.

Very nice owners, wait until night for our arrival. Friendly and helpful. This is Georgia, the assessment is not adequate to the assessment of European conditions. You have to use a divisor of half when comparing with economically developed countries.

The host and her family were really sweat! We had a big room, a nice shower, a refrigerator and the place is very close to the bus station. It is also walking distance from a really good restaurant called “Toma’s Wine Cellar” that my boyfriend and I can reccomend.

“Nice stay with nice host”
The host is very nice and helpful, smooth check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, close to bus station, numerous eating, market, bank, everything you need is in walking distance. Bus 1L/1R can easily bring you to the city center.

The apartment is incredibly clean and peaceful. The owner of the house is a doctor. Last night, I had a few extra drinks and he generously provided me with medication and treatment for free. Despite the rainy night, he personally went to the pharmacy to buy the medicine for me. I am immensely grateful for his kindness. I only wish I had discovered this property earlier. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, especially those traveling with family; it's an excellent choice for them. There's a supermarket just 20 meters away, and a shopping mall as well as a fresh fruits and vegetables market within 30 meters' reach. My apartment boasts a spacious living hall and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials I needed.

Nice terrace, cute dog, breakfast was good. Nice hosts. Very good place if you need to go to Mestia/Tbilisi/Batumi as it is near the bus station.
