Maybe it is my fault but the owner asked me per email to cancel my reservation, but I have not seen the message until my arrivel. So they said ok, but they would make some transformation whether it was ok with me.... So I agreed.. The view on the city was really exveptionnal.was

Beautiful view from the terrace A pool to refresh yourself The host washed our laundry after 2 weeks on the road A nice 15 minutes walk to the city center or by cable car from the amusement park (1 euro)

“I lost my watch and sunglasses at this place, we went to the airport without taking it and didnt get”
Swimming pool was closed and not operating . We forgot our handbag with apple watch and fila watch for a short stay and reached airport without taking it and called the owner with no reply, came back to collect to collect it but things were missing in half an hour time .. For short stay of 3 hours we lost everthing

“Great apartment with small pool and great views, highly recommended”
Very nice and big apartment on top of a hill, with great views at the city Kutaisi. We could park our car on the premises.There is a nice communal (indoor and outdoor) terrace and you can use the kitchen. A very friendly family runs the place and they offered us homemade wine when we arrived. Location is on top of the hill, with steep small streets leading up there. We had no problem with that, but going up for the first time it might be a bit scary. You can use the cable car nearby to go down to the city.

Nice location up the hill of Kutaisi, a few minutes walk away from the upper cable car station. Small shop close to the cable car station. Beautiful view over the city. The kids appreciated the pool. Very nice host. Rooms simple but clean.

“Excellent value for money in this quirky little hotel”
Quirky little hotel on the hilllside overlooking Kutaisi, with a lovely pool and a very kind host. The rooms are basic (though with AC), but you get excellent value for money.

Excellent host and location. We stayed there for one night, so we cannot say too much, but definitely, the host and the view from the balcony are the greatest advantages of this place. The swimming pool is clean. Our children loved playing in it. I do recommend at least for a short stay.

Highly recommend. Family run business up on the hill next to the City. Can go down with the cable car. Big rooms and very friendly owners. Big terrace on the top of the house with kitchen for Guests. Small swimming pool on the garden. Very nice options for families.
