“Inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation of the room by the owner.”

I had stayed at this accommodation before and was satisfied… but this time, when I arrived at the room, I was informed that I could not stay there because there was no water. Even though we had been in contact throughout the day, they notified me of the problem at the last minute, and I had to find another place late at night after a long day. In my review, I am rating based on what I had seen in the room during my previous stay, since I was unable to stay this time. The owner suggested that I cancel the reservation in order to receive a refund, which I did, and apologized, but the inconvenience I experienced is indescribable.

It was spacious and clean… located in a building with other apartments… it was a bit outside the city center, but you could find parking in the area if you had a vehicle. Excellent value for money.

“Felt been cheated on the name of hotel, but insecure to stay at this open apartment”

We thought is a hotel as website photo shown a hotel building but it is 4 rooms apartment in a dark building. Went to hotel at front building then only found is located behind building apartment and we have booked 2 rooms and need to stay with strangers in other 2 rooms in the apartment.

“Well located and appointed accommodation for a stay in Kutasi”

Was expecting something pretty basic but found an excellent very big ensuite room waiting for us. Very comfortable huge double bed. TV. Desks, chairs and storage. Real bonus was the fridge in the room very handy for keeping food fresh in the heat. Decent ensuite bathroom with shower, nice and clean. Small kitchenette shared with other guests also very handy with hot plate and microwave and drink making facilities. The building is only a short walk from the railway station and the city centre. Would certainly use again.

Convenient location, very close to train station. The host was welcoming and attentive. Very clean room that had everything we needed.

The “apartment” was spacious and comfortable. Nice sunset from balcony. The “hotel rooms” were different sizes so one was nicer than the other. The host was very accommodating. The room itself was clean. Conveniently close to supermarket and into town is about a 10 minute walk

We group of 8 ( 2 family ) stay at 4 Bedroom house. Location is superb , walking distance to the town and many shops , super markets. This house including 2 full bathrooms , Heaters & Hot water. Owner is very kind.

Owner is very nice and cooperative. Property's location is ideal. Grocery store is next to the building. Property is well equiped with everything you need. This was my second time stay and I would prefer staying again during my next year's visit.
