Amazing hospitality, the lady in the reception was waiting for us and after checking in, she prepared for us a quick lunch with local food. Too kind from her side, the room was a bit tiny for 3 but totally clean. I definitely recommend it

This is a clean and comfortable place to stay. There's also a large supermarket nearby, which is nice. You can also explore Kutaisi's tourist attractions on foot from the property. The host family is very friendly, so I'd love to come back.

Good location - 15min walk to center, all very clean, hosts are very sweet and polite. For short stay, perfect option.

“Lovely peaceful guesthouse, excellent location and great value for money.”

This was an ideally located guesthouse, a short walk from the centre of Kutaisi and other restaurants and shops. The host who greeted us was very welcoming and hospitable - we were able to wash all of clothes and she even hung them out for us! The outdoor yard is a lovely haven with hammocks for relaxing. The room was well equipped with a kettle and free teas.

At first I had a bit of trouble finding it because the street has some strange house numbers. But then I found it. It's in a well-maintained house, the owners have a nice dog. The breakfast was good, I couldn't even eat it all. It's a bit far from the center. There's a supermarket opposite, and a restaurant a bit further away.

It’s a lovely place with very kind owner, who helped me a lot when I left my phone in the taxi! My room was spacious and the house has a very nice courtyard with hammocks and lights to rest in the afternoon or evening.

We stayed for two nights at Guest House Panda and were absolutely delighted! The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal – close to the center of Kutaisi, yet in a quiet area that offers peace and relaxation. The best part, however, was the hospitality! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and eager to help us with everything – from restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips to arranging transportation to and from the airport. They truly made us feel like part of their family! If we ever come back to Kutaisi, we will definitely stay at Guest House Panda again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable stay in Georgia!

Quite place out of the street, nice hosts, plenty breakfast, safe, 10 minutes walking from the center. The room itself is quite big, equiped with a bathroom

“Nice family guesthouse”

Nice and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly family and a beautiful garden to relax. The location is perfect, quiet but still in walking distance from the center.

First and foremost, the family are so welcoming and are happy to help you with anything. There was a very cute lady who helped with our laundry, even hung up our wet clothes, gave us fruits from the tree as well as homemade Kachapuri...the room itself was super clean and very comfortable with good WiFi connection. They brought us fresh towels after a few days. There are multiple grocery stores nearby, the 'Family' store across the road even has a really nice delicatessen with lost of veggies, breads and meats. On foot it takes roughly 10 mins to reach the centre.
