The price is worth it for the very central location, a (nearly) flat walk 5 minutes away. There's a basic roof terrace and shared indoor seating area with a shared fridge and kettle. No access to the kitchen but the hosts lent me cup, spoons etc on request. Appears to be street parking outside. Georgian, Russian and a little English spoken. Clean and safe.

Lovely woman who takes really good care of her guests. I felt very welcomed. She prepared a great georgian style breakfast for me and even though I couldn't speak georgian or russian, we could speak with very simple english with each other but mostly used a translator. The city center is walking distance and you are there in less than 10 minutes.

Very hospitable landlady, she let me in earlier then the check-in time. The room, the shared bathroom were clean and neat, the bed was very comfortable. The place is in great location to the grocery market, to the Colchis Fountain to reach on foot.

A centrally located guest house in Kutaisi, perfect for exploring the city. The place has an older, simple feel, and the equipment is quite basic—you really get what you pay for. What makes the stay special is the warm and welcoming couple who help running it, especially the woman, who is very kind and hospitable, she even gave me umbrella. 🙏🏻 They responded to message very fast! ☺️ The airport pick-up for 35 lari was very convenient and made arrival much easier. Very good option if you’re looking for something simple and well-located.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Good location of the house, in a walking distance to the restaurants, market and city centre. WiFi worked in the room. Nice city views from the upper floor. The bed was okay. I visited in the winter, so the host turned on the AC to make the room warm, and it became warm. Good accommodation for the price.

We had a very clean room with a shared bathroom. The facilities were very, very clean. Bed was comfortable, and room silent. It was possible to order breakfast for approx. 5 Euro (we didn't had it, but heard that it was good). There was a roof top to sit outside with a nice view over the city. There was also a small fridge to use. The host spent with us one full day (car and driver) to visit sights and the price was more than fair. We also got a ride to the bus station. This is a really lovely place to go!

The guesthouse is centrally located yet very quiet, which was perfect. I arrived late due to a delayed flight, but the host still took the time to warmly welcome me and explain everything in detail. Breakfast was fresh and homemade, a lovely start to the day. Just a note: payment is in cash, so be sure to have some on hand. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Very close to the city center just 2-3 mins walk. Good breakfast. Supportive staff especially the owner, even her English speaking is not that well but she always provide helps and suggestion for the restaurants or places to visit.

The room was modern, nice and clean. So was the bathroom. I didn't expect to get this high standard for the price I paid. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different dishes. I recommend everyone to stay here!

The building is located at the end of a narrow, dead-end street in the old part of the city with relatively low, residential buildings. The building is entered through a garden with figs and grapes, and the rooms themselves are located on a piano nobile. The building, beautifully finished inside with stucco, with high ceilings, has, however, long since seen its best days. The room we got for our family of four looked like it had been adapted for school groups. Since we did not expect hotel standards, what we were offered, although a bit unusual, satisfied us very much. The hosts are very nice and prepared us a royal breakfast in Georgian style. The value of this guesthouse is primarily determined by the atmosphere of this house, a bit of a luxury destroyed by communism.
