“Centrally located room in the Old Town, perfect for a short stay in Kutaisi”
The apartment is very centrally located, right in the Old Town of Kutaisi, amidst beautiful, old, picturesque buildings. Everything is easily accessible on foot. We spent just one night there before our return flight, and the Memo Guest House was perfect for that purpose. The apartment consists of several rooms that are rented out individually; our room had a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge as well. The room was also very reasonably priced, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Exceptional stay! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of Kutaisi. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and everything was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The rooms were cleaned properly before our arrival, the beds, although not the most spacious, were comfortable and the location was exceptional, right at the heart of the center of Kutaisi. The hostess was amazing, as she didn't have us wait for even a minute at our arrival (which was at 03:30 a.m.) and responded to every request/question we had within minutes. Everyday she would leave fresh towels and other amenities in the common room which was a really nice touch. Amazing value for money!

The area was very convenient (only a few minutes away from Colchis fountain) while the neighbourhood was quiet. The hosts were very polite, helpful and they replied instantly. The place was clean with a cosy bed.

We arrived late at night and the host was there to welcome us, showed us around and made sure everything was clear — communication was smooth from the start. The location is excellent: a barber shop right in the same building, a wine cellar just across the road, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The accommodation itself doesn’t offer dining, but that’s no issue at all given the surroundings. The value for money during our stay was very good. Would recommend.

We had a really nice stay at Guest House Memo in Kutaisi. The biggest highlight is definitely the location — right in the city center, within walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring super easy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and quick to respond to any requests. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean and cozy, with everything we needed. It did feel a bit cold at times, but the staff kindly provided us with a heater, which solved the problem and was much appreciated. Overall, it’s a great value for money and a perfect choice if you’re looking for a simple, comfortable place in the heart of Kutaisi.

I really enjoyed my stay at Guest House Memo. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, with everything you need for a relaxing visit. “Worth every Georgian lari!”
Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location - very close to everything. The owner was replying very fast when we had some questions. Nice hair dryer - every girl will understand me 😁. Really worth the money! Recommended!

“Good for few nights”
Great choose for 1-2 nights stay It’s located in the very heart of Kutaisi and almost everything is in few minutes walking. The rooms are small but cozy and clean
