We had a really great stay here, the room and bathroom is very nice, comfortable and clean, we could use the kitchen and fridge and even do laundry! The host is very helpful and nice, and the location is perfect, in 10-15 minutes we could walk to the centre.

“Budget home stay but with comfortable facilities.”
Owner greeted me and gave a spacious room with good bed, warm double blankets, two cupboards, toilet stuff, hot shower. Full fledged kitchen was there. Air-conditioning was there. But I didn't use(because it's cold due to rain). I ate in hotels. The price was very reasonable.

“Great location, good facilities, friendly staff”
Great location and very friendly host Saza. Our room was clean and comfortable. There’re air conditioners in the room and in the kitchen. The price is also good. We also used the transfer option and first they met me, and then in a couple of hours went again to the airport to meet my mum.

Comfortable stay in this guest house. The host was particularly welcoming and made sure to help us check in even though our flight was delayed. The room was clean and well equipped and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Close proximity to the city centre and good restaurants. It’s a short ride from the Citybus stop in Kutaisi. It’s located in quiet area. Good value for money.
