“One of our best stays in Georgia!”
We had a super stay at this place! We booked tours with Zaur, and he took us to some really nice places and told interesting and funny things. He was generally very hospitable, down to earth and in good mood, and we will for sure remember our trips! The room and bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed - we felt at home. The city center is 1 km, and can be walked to, and there is also bus stop near by. A lot of shops nearby. We will definitely come back again!

“Experience Georgian hospitality”
Wonderful Georgian hospitality. The host was friendly, the room with air-condition was largeand the bathroom was inside. The WiFi worked great. There are markets 10 minutes from the guesthouse, and the city center is 20 minutes away. I highly recommend booking a tour. We went rafting and it was fantastic.

The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is outside but it is not that much trouble. The facilities are bit old but in good shape. The owner waited for us until 11pm and was super nice!

“Fantastic place in kutaisi”
The Ladyowner was so kind, ( she speak also italian) wait me at 3.am. The place is close to city center in a very silent and relaxed area, super clean room and confortable bed. The price is 100% worth! Next time i ll stay here again for sure.

Couthyard with wine grapes hanging above your head, plenty od different kinds of tea and coffe available for free. Clean and nice room. Owner pickuped us on Kutaisi airport (40 GEL) in the middle of the night and even wait for us as our flight was delayed.
