“Property near centre of Kutaisi”

The location was within walking distance of the centre of Kutaisi. Fully stocked kitchen, and a nice sitting area with TV. Was down a dead-end road, so was quiet during the evening. Owner was prompt in responding.

The Host Nikola was amazing,he treated us to some of his homemade wine, drove us to the airport at 4 in the morning in an excellent price The room was clean and got warm really quick,the location was perfect in the center would totally recommend!

The rooms are exactly how they are shown in the pictures, and the bathroom is very clean, and the hotel is in the center of the city. Parking spots available in front of the building, however it is first come first served

The location is perfect - right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore Kutaisi. The owner was extremely welcoming and always ready to help throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and airport transfer service was also available, which made everything easier.

“Windows Issue & Late-Night Hassle”

The room was clean, well-maintained, had sufficient lighting, and had an air conditioner (functionality not tested). The shared kitchen was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with enough dishes, tableware, tea, instant coffee, sugar, tea bags, and an electric kettle for various needs; however, there was only one pan, and it did not have a handle. The property is located in the city center, close to various cafés, restaurants, shops, and other amenities, including 24-hour stores. The property is relatively small, with only two guest rooms, which limits the number of people sharing the bathroom and reduces potential inconvenience.

Perfect location. Great hospitality from the host - he offered us his own wine, which was very good, and talked with us about Georgian culture and so on. Great value for money.
