“An Absolute Gem!”

We had a fantastic stay! The apartments are stunning and kept in pristine condition. Our room was spotless, featuring a balcony with an extraordinary view that was the highlight of every morning. The hospitality was top-notch. Since the owners run a boutique winery, we had the pleasure of a wonderful wine tasting. The hosts are incredibly gracious people who truly care about their guests and make you feel right at home. The terrace offers a magnificent panorama, making it the perfect spot to unwind. To top it all off, the breakfast was phenomenal - delicious and "supercool" in every way. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect getaway with local charm and breathtaking scenery!

Wonderful surroundings, a clean and cozy little room (with a beautiful terrace). Perfect for getting a good night’s sleep at the end of the day. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and filling, and we were also served freshly prepared traditional Georgian dishes, which we absolutely loved! We were lucky enough to taste special homemade wines and chacha as well. The owners are very kind and truly helpful! We loved our stay, and thank you for these few days 💛

“Good views over Kutaisi”

Very friendly and helpful owners. I had a couple of early starts, and the owner prepared a sandwich and some snacks for me to take away. The hotel is up a hill and has lovely views over Bagrati Cathedral and Kutaisi.

A wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very helpful in planning and organizing the trip and provided a lot of useful information. The hotel owners are living proof that the greatest asset of Georgia is wonderful people. The house is close to the center (we easily walked to the city, although it was possible to use a taxi or BOLT). The rooms are tidy and have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The food is fresh and homemade. We felt like welcome guests in this hotel. Even without all these advantages, the view from the terrace alone is worth a million.

Great view and very helpful and kind staff. We needed breakfast early and this was arranged for us very willingly even though it was inconvenient for the person preparing breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. Lovely room, spacious and clean with balcony overlooking the town. Very nice terrace at the top of the house

“100% recommended”

I am always a little suspicious when reviews seem too good to be true, but in the case of Green Flower Hotel everything positive said about the family and the place is simply spot on. Interesting, hospitable people who seem to genuinely love what they do. A stunning view from the terras and breakfast room, great treasures in the wine cellar and a very comfortable, clean room with little extra's that make it very worthwhile. We loved it and will come back.

“Best guesthouse with welcoming hosts and beautiful view”

The best place to stay in Kutaisi! We will recommend to all our friends. Beautiful view of Kutaisi from the rooms with a lovely balcony and a rooftop terrace. An easy downhill walk to the center of town. Delicious breakfast. But most of all the family — Aniko,Shota and her children are so helpful and welcoming. They took care of us, helping us to find what we needed in Kutaisi, introducing us to their delicious homemade wine (all natural and very tasty). Green Flower has a starred review in the Rough Guide to Georgia and it is well deserved.

“Fantastic hosts and hotel”

This was the best hotel we stayed in in Georgia in this price range, no question. Because it was not busy, the owner upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. This behaviour was typical of their kindness and desire to make sure we had the best stay possible. They also organised us a driver to take us to the cave and Canyon. On our 2nd night, we were invited to try the many different types of homemade chacha. Feijoya and blueberry were my favourites! The room itself was great, large enough with a good shower and the beds were OK, though in general the mattresses in Georgia are not great for me and these were the same. Personal preference of course. The room even had bathrobes and slippers. It's generally a quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to town or a few Lari by bolt. There is a large terrace on the roof where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink, with a nice view. Everything considered I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Kutaisi. All facilities are great, teracce amazing, rooms spacious. Even have marani (wine basement) in this place! Breakfast with a beautiful view of Kutaisi!

It was raining really hard and the kitchen was already closed, but because we couldn’t get out the staff made us a super good meal:) also the owners are superchill and the rooms are really nice

Very friendly staff, we loved the view from the terrace and the wine and chacha degustation. We were lucky to have a delicious dinner prepared by them. Definitely recommended!

Amazing and interesting host , made a very informative tour of his private celery with wine and various types of chacha ( all home made ). Charming place , good simple and filling breakfast. Would stay many more times .

The rooms were spacious, just like in the pictures. The guest house has a balcony with a view of the river and the city. We were invited by the owner of the house to taste the wines and alcohol that he prepares himself in his home winery located in the basement. We tasted the wines and all the types of chacha he makes and he has about 8 types. Interesting and tasty. The breakfast is good and varied. The only thing worth adding is Turkish black coffee or espresso. There is only instant coffee. But this does not detract from our enjoyment and appreciation for the hosts.

I really liked our host attitude. She was really nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the view over the city from rooftop terrace is just amazing.
