This a small family owned accomodation with delicious homemade breakfast that made us feel at home. We enjoyed trying different local specialties each morning. If we decide to return to Kutaisi, we are definitelly staying here again.

Our stay at Gold Guest House was absolutely wonderful! The house is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures clean, cozy, and full of charm. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with lots of fresh, homemade options to start the day right. The hospitality was truly outstanding every little detail was taken care of with so much care and love. We can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re visiting Kutaisi, don’t miss staying at Gold Guest House — it’s a real gem! 💛

We chose this house based on nice pictures and good feedbacks-but we didn't expect that it would be even better in reality! The house is very beautifully decorated inside, there is a very cozy garden to spend some time in the evening. The owners were very helpful and friendly-we felt like a part of the family for one week!:) Many thanks to Kathi and her mom for amazing Georgian breakfast every day and to the father of the family for his homemade Georgian wine! The house is located in the oldest area of Kutaissi, what was also an interesting experience. The area around was quiet. The house is located on a small hill so we enjoyed some "digestive evening walks" after khinkali dinner😁 Good working AC saved us from the heat outside. If we go back to Kutaissi-we would definitely choose this house again!!❤️

Regards to location, it's just 10 minutes from centre, coming back might be a bit difficult since the house located an a hill.

The house is stunningly beautiful in old fashion. It's clean quite and 10 minutes walk to the fountain Square. Neat garden, rich breakfast and nice friendly hosts: Katie and her parents. They are always available and offered us home made wine for tasting. We are in love with this house and the people.

This was one of the warmest and most welcoming places my partner and I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the hosts greeted us with genuine kindness that made us feel truly at home. The space was beautiful—spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and comfortable, with lovely details like a piano and a chess board. The outdoor garden looked like a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine. The homemade breakfast each morning was a highlight. The hosts prepared a full and delicious spread, and one morning even woke up extra early to make sure we were fed before our early tour. That care and attention meant so much to us. They also kindly printed our documents for us when we asked. The location is calm and not far from the city center, and we were also treated to their homemade wine, which we really enjoyed. There was nothing we didn’t like, we absolutely loved our stay, it was so lovely and exciting. We left feeling extremely grateful for the experience and the kindness of the family. We truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kutaisi—and we hope to return again someday!

Our stay was amazing. The room was very new and clean, there was a very nice common space as well, where we enjoyed some time playing chess. The owners are very kind and attentive. Breakfast was very good and big.

“Good room, worth the money for comfort and breakfast, and proximity to city centre”

The house was very beautiful! There is a large well-decorated common room, and a place to rest in the front yard. Breakfast was great, and staff were polite and very helpful.

Kate and her sweet mother gave us a wonderful stay — it’s a great location and the homemade included breakfast was so good. They took amazing care of us from the second we arrived to the second we left, lending us an umbrella when we went out, and even giving us cushions to sit on the bench while we waited for our taxi. :) You can tell they put a lot of attention to detail and they are super welcoming and hospitable. “It’s awesome”

It’s definitely the best stay experience in our whole Georgia trip. The hospitality is just out if this world from the first to the last second. Delicious breakfast. The whole house is super clean with the great, comfy atmosphere. The location is quiet and close to the centre. Hosts speaks perfect english, so there is no issues with communication. I would definitely love to stay here again and recommend everyone to do so. Thank you Kate and your family for such a good vibes and experience.
