“Big rooms with no storage space”

Great central location to walk to the centre of town, where there are multiple good restaurant options. The room and floor we occupied was newly renovated, but clearly not completed yet. Hotel is however super-clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, and a fairly nice breakfast is on offer.

The hotel is located in a slightly quieter part of the city which we really liked. A short 10 minute walk and you reach the main square of the city. There is private parking for the hotel and everything looks like it was built a moment ago. The staff is lovely and very friendly, they even came to meet us and upgraded our room because there was no baby cot left. The rooms are very spacious and large. And the whole hotel is extremely clean. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious and fresh. The breakfast was excellent, the selection was completely satisfactory and it was the richest breakfast I had in Georgia on our trip.

“Lovely clean hotel at very good price”
The property was quite central. It was very clean and the room was large and comfortable. They offer free parking onsite. I left a pair of jeans behind and the property arranged for a taxi to bring them to the airport which was very kind of them.

“Amazing stay”
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is impeccably clean, the rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I honestly haven’t slept this well in a hotel before, and I’m quite a picky traveler. Everything feels brand new and beautifully renovated, and the entire place has the charm and elegance of a castle rather than a typical hotel. Truly a memorable experience.

This may be the best hotel we stayed in so far in Georgia. The location is excelent, very close to the main piaza, restaurants and bazar. Also very clean and new. Breakfast was perfect and generous. And the staff is very helpfull with recommendations. Perfect.

“Flawless hotel in Kutaisi!!”
Great hotel , perfect stay We had a late flight arrival at 1am and after waiting on our taxi it was almost 2am when we arrived. The hotel had accepted our request for late check in before arrival. Rooms were clean ,great condition. We found complimentary coffee and tea station in our room with a kettle and a small plate of dry fruit and nuts as a welcomeand two small bottles of water. There were all the amenities provided toothbrushes,soap, shampoo,bathropes and slippers. Our group had two twin rooms one with balcony facing the back alley nothing remarkable to see as the neighboring building seemed in bad condition. The room having no balcony and facing the front had the view Infront of the hotel which was greenery. Parking was nice and spacious. The breakfast was great!! We arrived late to the buffet 30 minutes before closing it and they were still doing refills. They served black coffee but if you wanted you could order cappuccino from the bar with a little extra cost. We tried and it was great coffee. They made our room in the morning and replaced the water bottles with new which is much appreciated
