Cozy and spotless apartment in a quiet area The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It's located in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by a beautiful garden — perfect for relaxing. The city center is about a 20-minute walk away. The host was incredibly kind and caring, treating us like family. She truly made us feel at home. Airport transfer is available — I definitely recommend taking advantage of it. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Overall, everything was just perfect. I absolutely loved my stay and would gladly come back!

“We enjoyed our stay here, it is really a gem of nature within the city!”
Very nice accommodation near the center of Kutaisi with an excellent garden. Our host was very kind and even brought tasty home-made breakfast after our very early morning arrival (we didn't even order breakfast!). Lots of shops around, the city center is within walking distance. We would recommend this place for everyone!

“Amazing! Really happy we chose to stay at Eliz Garden!”
The first thing I check in a hotel is cleanliness and this place did not disappoint. It’s very cozy that we slept so well during our one-night stay. Bagrati Cathedral and Kutaisi Botanical Garden are not too far away, only a few mins by taxi. The host, Elene, was very accommodating and promptly prepared a lovely breakfast. Highly recommended!

“Perfect”
Nice room with a good bed and you could use also the former livingroom of the owner. Breakfast was good. 15 minutes walk to cenre of Kutaisi. There is a very nice garden in front of your room where you can relax a bit.

A beautiful home with a breath taking garden close to the city centre. There is also a walking distance park if you have kids. The host was very kind and brought home-made breakfast. The host also helped me buy some good quality honey from a nearby village. An exceptional experience in kutaisi indeed.

“Great Garden Stay”
