“Perfect Apartment in Kutaisi”

A modern, stylish and spacious apartment in five minute walking distance to Kutaisi‘s lively city centre. This was the best apartment we had in three weeks in Georgia. The place is well equipped with everything (washing machine, WiFi, microwave, etc), it even has luggage scales for those who travel on one of the budget airlines with their luggage restrictions. Kutaisi itself is a lively little town that is well worth more than the two days we stayed. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The owner waited for us and gave us the keys. The location is perfect, close to the center but away from the most busy roads. The apartment was very clean, exactly how it is shown on the picture. Also the balcony is a great addition.

This nice spacious apartment is situated in one of the best areas of central Kutaisi, but it maintains a peaceful atmosphere. David met me at the airport and also took me back to the airport at the end of the holiday. He speaks some English, but prefers Russian. Wifi was brilliant, bed was comfortable, everything went smoothly and I had a nice stay!

The Host met us at 9PM, arranged a free safe parking directly near the building. The apartment is excellent, in the city center. Everything needed is there (washing machine, etc.). We're travelling with a 3mo kid and needed a quiet nice apartment to stay overnight - and everything went as expected. I highly recommend this place, it's worth it if you are visiting Kutaisi and need a really nice place to stay for a few days. Nice big newly renovated apartment in a new building with a balcony. This stay is definitely worth the money.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this fully renovated apartment right in the heart of the city, and we can't recommend it enough! The modern design and thoughtful upgrades made it a truly comfortable and stylish home away from home. Location-wise, it couldn't be better—everything you could possibly need is just a stone's throw away, from restaurants and shops to parks and pharmacy. The area and the building felt incredibly safe and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. Our landlord was an absolute gem! He greeted us warmly at the entrance and took the time to explain the neighborhood, pointing out some fantastic local spots. He made it clear that we could reach out to him anytime if we needed anything, which was a nice touch that made us feel well taken care of. Overall, this apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, modern, and perfectly situated, making our stay in the city unforgettable. I can't wait to return!

The place is great: clean, well located, exceptionally equipped (the washing machine was usuful). Our host was SO SO accommodating and we are grateful for assisting us: strong recommendation here !!!

Wonderful apartment right in the center of Kutaisi with parking directly in front of the building. New, modernly furnished, comfortable, extremely spacious, perfectly equipped. Super comfy beds and there is also washing machine. Communication with the owner is very easy. I definitely recommend it, it is one of the best accommodations we had during our 2-week trip to Georgia, and I would definitely stay again. Nearby lot of restaurants and bars, shops....very centrally located but still quiet during the night.
