Convenient, clean, great communication. Wonderful location close to centre. Comfortable room and I was able to leave my bag as I arrived early and eventually get an early check-in which I certainly appreciated as it was a fugly, cold rainy day.

The location is excellent, 1 minute walking from the central square, with lot of shops around and some 24/7! The establishment is really beautiful and the room extremely clean and comfortable! The owner made our accommodation really easy with a load of amenities, it felt literally like home! Comfortable beds, warm and cozy room. Definitely recommend it 100%! We left with the best impression possible!! Thank you very much Mariam!!

Comfortable, clean accommodation in the heart of Kutaisi. The room had the necessary facilities and the shared kitchen was great. There were some excellent restaurants and small supermarkets within a few minutes walk, and our day tours and transits left from just around the corner at Colchis Fountain.

In the center of Kutaisi, 50m from Colchis fountain. Plenty of free parking space. Cosy and clean apartment, nicely decorated, with a small private yard.
