“Very comfortable apartment right in the city centre.”
We loved this apartment. It was spacious, well appointed and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen set up with everything we needed. The washing machine, drying rack and iron were much appreciated. There is a good supermarket directly below, however the best place for delicious local produce is a short walk away at the Green Bazaar. The apartment is just a few metres away from the White Bridge and the centre of the lovely little city of Kutaisi. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was really good! The location is excellent: in the city center; 24-hour grocery store in the same building; great selection of restaurants on the next street. The apartments themselves are clean and spacious. There was everything you needed. Wi-Fi, bathroom amenities, slippers, iron, washing machine, plenty of dishes and even board games. Convenient check-in with the key box. And a wonderful host who sent detailed check-in instructions and answered all the questions

“Beautiful comfortable apartment❤️”
Excellent new apartment in the center of Kutaisi. 2 minutes walk to the White Bridge. Very comfortable. Everything you need is there. Beautiful view of green trees from the balcony. The apartment has 2 air conditioners. Convenient elevator. If we come to Kutaisi again, we will only stay with Reza. Thank you again from my family!🙏

Good apartment. Newly decorated, and decorated to a nice standard. Things like the kitchen had a good level of utensils. Location is pretty good being by the white bridge, and there's some restaurants and shops nearby.

“recommended best flat in Kutaisi”
beautiful view from balcony and such a great location same time you are at center and at cozy street away from street noise ,within 5 minutes walking there are all restaurant and café bars around you whit bridge and river is few steps away , building and unit was spotless clean ,and every amenities make our stay so comfortable it was one of our best stays so far.

I really liked the apartment. It was so clean and furnished. I fell in love with its balcony with a nice view on the mountain and city , Having breakfast there was so memorable :)
