The host is very attentive and hospitable and motivated to help his guest with anything 24 hours a day. The apartment is in a very good location. Excellent location, underground parking is available, spacious and cozy apartment with a balcony and everything you need. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Nino is a wonderful and hospitable hostess. We had a great time in Kutaisi. Thank you very much, we will come again!

“a very comfortable stay”
The flat is brand new, very spacious, well-furnished and in the center. I have stayed at a few hotels and flats in Kutaisi and I would say that this apartment is far better. We were on a conference at University and it is 2 minutes walk from there. I would definitely recommend it, particularly to a family or a group of four. We would certainly stay there when we are back to Kutaisi.

“Great spacious appartment”
The hosts are very welcoming and helped with all the questions about the appartment. the appartment itself is very fresh, well equipped, spacious and clean. has pretty good wifi that allows remote work. it was as well pretty quiet, living room overlooks a garden, I could hear birds singing
