Great location just at the center of Kutaisi and there is a parking area near (1 lari) Room was large and clean. Had a small balcony, kitchen with full of required equipment. No problem with wifi and hot water.

We came to Kutaisi for the first time and we loved it. We liked Marika's apartment because it had a really good vibe. It was located quite centrally and near the place where we did our work. The food shop and restaurants were just downstairs and nearby. Everything was within an easy reach. The apartment itself had everything we needed: kitchen, lovely bedroom, bathroom, and enough closet storage.

Our stay was smooth sailing from start to finish! The host was super communicative, making sure everything was on point. As for the property, it was spotless and well-kept. Even though there were three of us, the place could easily fit four without a hitch. Every gadget worked like a charm, and the kitchen had a killer collection of cutlery. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The apartment was great. Everything inside was modern and well furnished. Kitchen was well equipped should you desire to make a home cooked meal. Lots of windows, which were sparkling clean, a balcony , smart TV, and just a very welcoming place to stay. Great location.

Pretty cozy flat in center of Kutaisi. Clean and warm rooms. Convenient bathroom. One large bed. And pretty convenient sofa, that can be used as a large bad. A lot of cafes and shops around of flat. There is McDaonalds.

Really happy both check-in and check-out were easy and without any hassle, since we had to leave at an odd hour (in the middle of the night). The apartment looks great, has all the comfortable facilities and has a great location. Really enjoyed our stay!

The host very helpful. I lost the key to the apartment,returning to the apartment at night I noticed the key missing. The apartment host delivered the second key at night, quickly and without any problems. I highly recommend the apartment !
