“A spacious room with a beautiful view and very friendly hosts”

We really appreciated that they picked us up from the airport and allowed us to leave our luggage until the next evening while we were on a tour. The location was very convenient, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the room for two people was more spacious than we expected.

Perfect stay in a prime central location — it truly felt like a little home away from home. Although there’s no elevator, it’s absolutely worth it — the apartment is warm, cozy, and spotless. The host is incredibly welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond, making everything feel easy and comfortable. The balcony view was such a lovely touch — I genuinely loved every moment there. 💙

The structure has all what you need, a kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony and 2 big king sized beds. WiFi is available and tv. The location is very very very good. The host was very welcoming! There is also a Parking spot in the courtyard when needed.

The apartment is located right in the city center, next to the famous fountain, which can be seen from the window. It had everything needed for a short stay – comfortable beds, cleanliness, a well-equipped kitchen. The host was very kind, greeted us on arrival and saw us off when we left. The apartment itself is nicely renovated and really great.

“Clean and Comfortable Apartment”

The apartment is spotless and very comfortable. Each room features its own bathroom, mini kitchen, and living area. The view is also amazing!

This apartment was wonderful, it was huge and very clean. The host was very kind and sweet. We communicated via translator on phone. I really recommend staying here, it is a lovely location with a great view. I broke a couple of cups by mistake, I left money for the replacements but the host was super sweet and didn't get annoyed at me. I appreciated this as it was clumsy of me. Definitely stay here if you want a very clean and well priced room.

-Host was fantastic and super helpful. -Location was very central and within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. -View from the balcony was lovely. -Flat was tidy and presentable. -Bed was very comfortable. -Wifi was good and reliable. -There is an ATM conveniently on the other side of the building.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the main square of Kutaisi, on the fifth floor. (no elevator). Clean, well equipped, nice view from the balcony.

Natalia met us to give us the keys and show us how everything worked in the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and a good range of power outlets.

Location is the best it can get. Ac worked really well. Fridge was chilling. Exactly like the photos. Host was very sweet, she took our bag up and down 5 floors as we had 4 bags! Very close to super markets and the minvan stop.
