The accommodation was absolutely excellent. Everything was beautifully clean, the environment was very pleasant and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and completely hassle-free. I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend this place to everyone. I would gladly come back again.

“Perfect”

Perfect stay. Super clear, huge balcony. The lady was very polite and helpful. You can even use a small kitchen outside. Perfect for staying In Kutaisi. About 15-20min walk to strict center.

Everything was perfect! The place exceeded all expectations! This is an old villa converted into a hotel, looks amazing, and conveys the atmosphere of the old days. All furniture is vintage, we were delighted. The staff is beyond praise, suggested the best places in Kutaisi, and also immediately reacted when we needed help. Definitely the best value for money! I think it should cost more!

“Isolated but great place”
The place is very nice, the woman on charge is extremely kind and speaks English well. We were allocated in a better room than we booked as it was available and everything was very comfortable. We would repeat the experience.

Very Good staff. Very clean room.. very good kitchen with dinning area.. all crockery is provided by hotel . Lady is very nice. She can tell you about all visiting places. Room is very nice.. bed is very comfy . Very cheap price. Highly recommended ❣️
