Bella House was an amazing experience. She is truly one of the best hosts I’ve ever met—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She even has pets that happily play around you, which made the stay feel even more homely. It honestly felt like being at home rather than staying in a stranger’s place. If I had more days in Kutaisi, I would have definitely stayed longer. I will absolutely choose her place again next time. If you’re looking for a calm and peaceful stay, this is the perfect place.

“One of the best stays in Georgia”
Belas house is a beautiful place to stay in Kutaisi, right next to the botanical gardens and the Church. The room we got was spacious and super comfortable. everything we needed was there. Bela herself is an amazing host. Along with her husband and children they made us feel so at home and really made the stay feel so special. Just down the hill from the house across the river you have the huge bazaar along with many bakeries. I could not have been happier here. Also a fully equipped kitchen and fridge to use!!

Very good to the price and clean. We stored our big bag free of charge, and Bela was very welcoming. The AC was important for traveling in summer, and the bed was comfy. Nice detail with the tiger on the floor.

Bella was the friendliest and most welcoming host. She could not do enough for us and even though her English was limited she still tried to engage in happy conversation with us over a cup of chai. she was so helpful, would definitely stay again

Small room, but very cozy, perfect for one person. And such a lovely host! Bela is so friendly and helpful, I decided to prolong my stay. The mountain view from the big terrace is just lovely. Everything was very clean. Near the center, but still quiet. Definitely recommended!

The host is very sweet, but it is a bit difficult to communicate with her in English (good idea to download google translate on the phone). She was very helpful though and made us breakfast to go, arranged a taxi to pick us up in the middle of the night and offered us to try her homemade jam. Don’t book the place for the pool, as it didn’t look ready to use, but if you want a place near the center of Kutaisi, the location is perfect (even though the taxi drivers had a little hard time finding it).The shower was nice and warm, the bed is huge and the rooms has aircondition.
