Very authentic and a lot of space. My almost two year old daughter loved the chickens cats and garden. Breakfast was spontaneously orderable. Good conversations and strong green vodka. Good recommendations and help for activities.

“Best place to stay in Kutaisi.”
The host is amazing, she has been super responsive, kind and helpful in any possible way ( I really appreciate the check in at night). I got upgraded to a huge family room, surrounded by a cute garden with few chickens. The room is new, clean, adorned with artistic details made by the owner. You have the experience of living nearby a lovely Georgian family. The place is tranquil with a beautiful view, near the Botanical Garden. It's about 20 min. walk to the city centre or less then 5 min by taxi, but it's a pleasant walk along the river Rioni.Nearby you have a supermarket and a bread shop.I'd definitely will go back if in Kutaisi.

“Beautiful place, beautiful hosts. All in all a winner of a holiday”
Beautifully located property with an open garden, fruit trees, flowers . It is easy to go out for walks or a run. It is walking distance from the city centre and other city attractions The room and bathroom was spotless clean The hosts are a wonderful family. They took care of me like a distinguished guest of their own family. I had gone with no plans and they took care of showing me the wonderful places around Kutaisi themselves I had breakfast and dinner with them Food presented by Lali was like a work of art made with love and affection. I have made beautiful memories for a lifetime with this stay. I would recommend this place strongly

A gem of a guest house located close to the Botanic Gardens, just a pleasant 20 min walk (decent pavement all the way) from the more bustly city centre. The views from the terrace are fantastic. We stayed in the luxury triple room, which was big and airy and had a small balcony overlooking the chickens happily strutting their stuff in the lovely garden. Despite a heatwave, we did not need to use the air conditioning. There was also no problem with mosquitoes in the room since there were fly screens on the windows. Everything was spotlessly clean. But the icing on the cake is Lali, the best host you could wish for. Her breakfasts are superb - she even cooked me porridge every day though she claimed it went against her creative nature :). My husband speaks some Russian, which was useful, but even without that, I think we would have understood each other perfectly (partly with the help of a translation app). We laughed a lot, and we almost shed a tear when it was time to leave. She was extremely helpful and gave us lots of good tips for excursions. Another huge bonus was the day trip she arranged for us with a wonderful private driver, who took us to the fantastic sights in the area, and brought us back safe and happy. If you are looking for a guesthouse with a personal touch rather than an anonymous hotel, this is your place. Just don't book it on the dates that I want when we return to lovely Kutaissi.

“Very pleasant quiet place to stay, 20 minutes walk from the centre.”
Very friendly owner. Breakfast was extra but very good. They also took us to the airport at 3.00am

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Art House 33. We were made very welcome and the facilities were excellent. Art House is a gentle 1km tree lined walk into town along the river and past the botanical gardens. The breakfasts prepared by Kristy were nutrious and beautifully presented. A real highlight. We recommend Art House 3 when visiting the tranquil scenic town of Kutaisi.

“wonderful place, I recommend it to everyone!”
This place is perfect for everyone who wants to feel like they're at their aunt's place on vacation! The owner is a very nice person who takes great care of the guests' comfort and is available to help. The room was very clean and spacious. The terrace at the facility offers an amazing view of the entire area! it was quiet despite its proximity to the city. Don't forget to ask the owner about the clothes she makes herself - they are beautiful! There is a shop and bakery nearby [be sure to try the baked goods!]. Thank you for everything and I hope to see you again! <3

Made a tour in Georgia with my partner and my mom and this place was the best I booked among all the places. I read the reviews and they were 100% correct. The location, the house and the host Lara are exceptional to a point that we rebooked it again on our way back the route. Everyone of us remembered the place and wanted to come back. I would definitely recommend staying here, you will never regret and it will add more positive memories to your stay in Georgia same as it was with us. The house is big and beautiful with big rooms having everything needed, I could park the car that was important for me. As a bonus they have an amazing garden and the cutest cats ever. Thank you Lara for your hospitality, I wish we could meet again. Yes, I forgot the amazing home-made breakfast!

Made a tour in Georgia with my partner and my mom and this place was the best I booked among all the places. I read the reviews and they were 100% correct. The location, the house and the host Lara are exceptional to a point that we rebooked it again on our way back the route. Everyone of us remembered the place and wanted to come back. I would definitely recommend staying here, you will never regret and it will add more positive memories to your stay in Georgia same as it was with us.
