I really liked the host. He was really helpful. Showed us around and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Good beds. Super location. The city centre is within the walking distance.

We were 4 people. One of the rooms was a little small and the bathrooms were small, but Everything was top class. Mr David, the host ,is a gem of a person, always ready to help. If you have a host like this, nothing can go wrong; what ever small things which were not there were immediately provided by him. He even got a new toaster for us. I pray to God that one day He will have hundreds of apartments. He really knows how to run a hotel. Good, better best . We don't have words in his praise. If I go back one day, which I will, I will again book him through booking.com . 100/ 10 is the mark I give him . Everyone should stay here. Thanks Sir for making our visit so Good. He even gave us a bottle of wine, which I must say was the best wine we had in Georgia and would always remember the taste of it. Thanks thanks

David was very welcoming. We took a transfer from the airport, he waited for us and we had a comfortable ride to the apartment. During the ride, he recommended a lot of places that definitely were worth visiting. The apartment is very clean, and everything that is needed for comfortable staying is included. We liked the visit a lot, and special thanks to the owner David. Definitely, we will look forward to return here. 😊

“The best apartment with the best owner”

I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights, and it was so comfortable that the apartment had 2 beds room and one big living room with the kitchen. The gardan looks nice and has some trees. This apartment is located on one of the beautiful roads in kutaisi and near to the centre. The owner of the apartment, David He is generous and tries to help with everything he can. I told him that my flights were at night and he gave me a late chack out at 6 pm for free. Thank you, David. You make our trip more easy and comfortable.

Very nice apartment for a good price. I appreciate warm approach from our host, David. And also the option of using a washing machine. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location is great - close to many shops and restaurants in the city center. 4 people is ideal number for your comfortable stay in there.

Conveniently located with a car park. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and we were warmly welcomed by David the host with some house wine.

Very friendly, kind, and helpful host

The host Mr David was very friendly and helpful, he greeted us with homemade wine which tasted better than most of the store bought ones. We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it has two bedrooms, one with private bathroom and one bathroom is common. There's a decent drawing room and kitchen as well. There's a facility to wash your clothes and dry as well. It's about a km from the centre, 10-15 mins walk on flat land.
