“Reasonably priced simple stay”
Quite spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Gorgeous view of Bagrati cathedral. Comfortable location near theater, market and bridge to the cathedral. Easy to communicated host.

Kutaisi is an old city. The apartment is in an older building. Expect nothing fancy. But the location is absolutely A WINNER! The host is always available via WhatsApp/Phone.

The location is very central, close to the main square, good bus connection to the bus station. Bed is comfortable, there is a spacious balcony overlooking a church. The street is busy, but not too noisy.

Apartment located in excellent place in the Heart - Center part of the Old Kutaisi! From 3 - 5 minutes on foot from Kutaisi Central Green market, Colchid fountain, Winery Khareba (Georgian Wine shop). In the Apartment are all facilities for tourists. From the Apartment balcony is beautiful view to Bagrati Cathedral! Very well equipped kitchen with all necessary for leaving, including Air conditioner, small TV, Gas stone, Refrigerator ett. Good Apartment Owner, who always can help to guests!
