Nino and Beso are truly wonderful! It was actually funny trying to manage with Russian, Georgian, English, and even Serbian, but where there’s good will, there’s always a way. We communicated through a translator and still managed to arrange beautiful tours, rides, and everything we needed. We’ve stayed here twice already, on arrival and before departure. The welcome coffee was a lovely gesture when we arrived, and the khachapuri and tea before our departure were a really nice farewell touch that made our stay even more special. You should definitely go on a tour, Beso is an excellent driver, and in just one day you can see a lot: Martvili Canyon, swim in the beautiful thermal pools, enjoy the stunning nature, visit the monastery Martvili, Prometheus cave.. I hope we will come back to Kutaisi again. Thank you for everything, warm regards!

Amazing cabin that I stated in. The best views I had on my Georgia trip. Its was excellent. Many thanks for the hospitality. Great hosts. Nino is really helpful and caring. She will help with anything at all and stay in touch constantly whilst your there. Always giving recommendations. Day trip with her son was brilliant. Stops wherever you want and no rush at all. As long as you need at each stop or attraction.

Loved staying here, everything was comfortable and clean. The owner Nina was exceptional and full of surprises, felt like I was staying at my grandmother’s. We communicated through Google Translator. Got to hand pick mandarins from the yard.

The property is well located on the mountain near a major tourist attraction. Also the staff were friendly but had a language barrier.

Mrs Nino will go out of her way to make you feel at home here, welcoming us with turkish coffee and sweets! We had a good stay here, with the pool being the central focus for our kids aged 3 and 7! The neighborhood is quiet and this place is located 300m from Bagrati Cathedral which has good views over the city ; its all walking distance to the historic town too.

Amazing experience staying with Nino. Even if she doesn’t speak English, communication is easy with the use of a translation app. My boys loved the swimming pool and could spend hours there in the hot summer evenings. Nino made us khachaburi and we bought some homemade wine from her. She will solve anything for you, transport, food, local recommendations, staying in other cities and towns. If you’re traveling on a budget Nino is a treasure.

We were staying in an old room which I found very cool and felt more like at home and had a feeling I was experiencing the real Georgian life in that sense, I really liked it!
