Good location，a few minutes' walk from the bus station， easy to transfer to Mestia or Butumi . The apartment is clean and cozy with accessible equipments. Spacious terrace，beautiful space like a balcony，friendly and helpful owner. How we wish we could stay here for a few more days . We love it! Thanks a lot for the nice accommodation. The apartment is quite nice. The bedroom is comfortable and looks good, the hallway has this really nice big windows that let in the sun and the patio is perfect for sunny days and warm nights. The hosts were very nice and helpful. There was a small problem with the home but they solved it very efficiently and even gave us some cakes after for the trouble! Georgian hospitality 😁

Simple yet cozy and comfortable apartment for a short stay. Close to the bus station, it's very convenient if you are traveling further. The host was very friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English.

Perfect localisation for travellers who just need transportation to other places in Georgia - a few minutes walk from bus station from where all the "marshrutkas" leave. Despite this neighbourhood the place is really nice, cozy and quiet. Everything was newly equipped and very tidy.

The appartment is well situated near the bus station (Kutaisi II), ideal for an overnight stay during a longer trip. Two big rooms available as well as a kitchen, a bath and a large terrace under the wine grapes. Even with warm weather it stays quite cool thanks to the shade given by the wine grapes.

Very welcoming family. We arrived late at night (2.30am) and the hosts were waiting for us. The place was clean and quiet, and very close to the bus station, which is perfect if you need to catch a morning marshrutka.

It's a very cozy place with a terrace. There is everything you need for staying for a couple days. The apartment is situated close to bus and railway stations, but rather far from the center of the city. It's quite easy to get to many interesting places around Kutaisi from here.

the property was clean and had air con so that was very helpful on such hot days. The location was outside of the centre but still close walking distance and had many shops and money exchange around. Close to the train station

We liked the terrace and the view from it, the beds were comfortable, friendly animals, the location is very near the main bus stop.
