“Good”

The position is super good in the central square of Kutaisi. The building is very nice on the outside, but the common part inside is quite terrible. Also several floors with no elevator. The apartment is nice: a bit dated but the vibe was good. Spatious apartment.

The property was a bit rundown and not well-maintained, but what really ruined the experience was the caretaker’s attitude. She was extremely rude and irritated throughout our stay, acting as if we were a burden rather than guests. She even counted the cutlery and other items in front of us, which was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. To make things worse, she made my friend wash the utensils before leaving — something no guest should ever be asked to do. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the management replaces the caretaker and improves the property’s condition.

“Great location”

The location is excellent, right in the centre of the city. It was very clean. The apartment is spacious and is very cool even on very hot days. The bed is comfortable, there is a reasonably well equipped kitchen with a great fridge.

Best location, close to everywhere

The owner was lovely and even though she couldn't speak english we were still able to communicate and she could understand english. Fantastic location, in the centre of everything. Must visit the restaurant downstairs.

It is a very good location and certainly value for your money. We are very grateful to Magi for her attention and help. Very hospitable location!

“A pleasant stay in the middle of the city, but needs some care”

The apartment is right in the center of the city - everything is around, many restaurants, central park, fountain, market, bridges and Bagrati cathedral. The apartment itself has a pleasant oldschool design and enough of space. Magi is a great help, she can advice on everything around and help with anything you need, she is very open and always available - amazing! Very warm apartment even during colder nights. WiFi is also working well. There is a free parking right in front of the house.

Cozy and clean appartment with cabinet piano, antique furniture and crockery. Great location with great views of the park and Bagrati church on the opposite side. Kind hostess and her assistant. I would stay here next time.

The apartment is very big, nice old fashion style, balcony with good view over the park, big beds and comfortable. Location is super central.

The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the downtown. The handover of the key was easy; the landlord was accommodating and solved all the raised problems.
