Wonderful syay! Automated check-in and check-out super easy and helpful for english speakers like me. Excellent location next to fisherman's wharf and easy walking distance to most main sights. It's a 10 minute walk from JR station. Might be a bit awkward when snowing and with luggage, but it is flat and easy otherwise. Taxis out front of JR station would be the other option. Breakfast was delicious and a nice inclusion, mostly Japanese style with limited western options. Also, they have lots of complimentary things at different times of the day like ramen and ice creams at night and coffee machines 24/7. Great facilities. Very clean. Would stay again.

“If I visit Kushiro again will definitely stay here again!”
Location wise it’s very close to moo, the harbour and bridge. 15 mins walk to JR. heaps of restaurants around the location. What we love about the hotel is on the top level, it has a public area you can enjoy the sunset view, with massage chairs. Public bath is also very good, indoor and outdoor. Hotel also provides complimentary yakult and ice pops. Room is clean, comfortable and good size! If I return to Kushiro, I will stay here without a heart beat!

Prominent location opposite Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf. Room was comfy and adequate for 2 fully opened luggages. Staff were friendly and helpful. All amenities provided and onsen is a plus!
