Kushiro station very close by, very convenient with buses and trains. walkable distance to MOO, Washou market and Nusamai Bridge. you get a coin for a free drink from the vending machine if you opt for no daily house keeping. free flowing coffee is fantastic! I left a bag behind after I've checked out, I messaged them right away after I've realised, very prompt replies and efficient, I really appreciate the eagerness to offer help, thank you Yukari and Satoru the front desk clerks!

They were great, helped us sort out the pRkjng, communicated clearly and in English which was unexpected and very welcome. Breakfast was nice and varied so there was something to everyone's taste. Room clean and functional, location was great. There is laundry room within the hotel which was cheap and we used it well. Very pleased with thus stay.

VERY small room. Check out at 10am any delay chargeable.

Close to the railway station and the fish market and a short walk down to Fisherman's Walk. Good breakfast, twin room was a good size.

Perfectly clean as very often in Japan. Great location, 150 m from the station, 600 m from the entertainment district. Nice breakfast, multiple choices, basic stuff but excellent. For once in Japan🤫, a good espresso coffee machine.

Very good location - the airport bus stops right outside the hotel entrance. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and have everything you need. The breakfast was brilliant and included - it was the most varied breakfast of our stay so far.

Location is convenient near the Kushiro station and on the main strip for food and convenience stores. Connected with many tour companies. For the value, not much to complain about, meets all expectations for short-stays. Breakfast included and opens up very early (5:30am), catering for safari, crane-watching or other tours.

The entrance area of the room is spacious and not cramped when two people are taking off their shoes together. Clean and spacious room, and the staff who assisted us in checking in the hotel was very friendly.

I loved the warm welcome and that the staff immediately at check in handed out a form for feedback afterwards, which proces how much they care. The bed was amazing and everything was super clean. I absolutely recommend the red crowned crane and wildlife tour with Picchio!!

Very well located, across the street from the station and a few minutes walk from city centre bars and cafés. The building is functional and modern, but everything works well. Comfortable beds and a very good breakfast.

All stays come with breakfast. Quite a basic breakfast but still good nonetheless.
