The owner is very polite and helpful and provides good set of information and tips for Kusatsu. The room was slightly small for 3 people with luggage but otherwise the place was convenient. Check in time was very flexible and the owner allows to keep the luggage post the checkout.

The guesthouse was clean, cozy, and perfectly located just a short walk from the bus terminal and a local grocery store. Our host was wonderful, greeting us with a map and excellent recommendations for food and onsen! It felt very welcoming and was a convenient home base for exploring the area.

The location and the rooms are amazing. There is everything you need. Beds are also very comfortable. In the morning we cooked our own breakfast in the well furnished common kitchen.

Amazing location, with walking distance to all of the major points of interest in the town. Host was incredibly nice, and presented a nice overview of the Kusatsu’s layout, and good recommendations of the different stores and attractions. Room was spacious and clean as well.

Very quiet area, the house was nice and simple.

Very friendly staff. The guy gave me a map and showed me all the good places to eat, drink and bathe in the onsen. He also showed me where to go to see the Christmas illuminations. Also the toilet paper was the best one I saw in Japan. Perfect experience thank you.

Room is small, we stay in 3 futons room. The rooms is clean, everything goes well. But lucky we dont have luggage with us, if u have big luggage i think the room might not able to put big lugggage. Super nice staff explained and suggested us which onsen to visit and what are the nice food nearby. The location was also located near to center and Yubatake.
