Clean and comfortable room. The half-board buffet had a good spread with quality meats, though the menu was the same for our 3-day stay.

Its too loud at night. I can hear the sound of my neighbor clearly just like there's no wall there. And the staff there rejected my request for renting just a bowl.

staff is friendly. with good english speaking stuff. help us alot in finding local travel spot. and they even help us when our car broke down. really thanksful to have them. in house Onsen is big & awesome too

“Good hotel to enjoy Kusatsu”
Nice hotel, pretty close from the yubatake (there's a shortcut available to go to and from). Breakfast and dinner are buffet, the food is good and there's a lot of choice. There's a few onsen available in the hotel, and some near the hotel.

“The best hotel to relax in during your stay in Kusatsu.”
The hotel had 3 different onsens, each better then the last my favourite being the outside one on the 1st floor. It was also excellently located having a quick shortcut access to the yubatake in the ceneter of town making exploring a breeze. The buffet breakfast and dinner included in the cost of the room was also exceptional with delicious food provided for a range of eaters so everyone can be happy. Lastly the staff here were exceptional, including one staff member who had studied in my home town, becoming a highlight of our trip whenever we got to speak with her.

Good location, great staff, good buffet options. Good onsen selection. 5 min walk to Yubatake area. There are lots of food options in the area. Staff were very communicative, giving us fair warning on hotel renovations.
