“Enjoyable stay.”
Location from bus terminal when we arrived was an easy walk. From the hotel everything was walkable. Staff were amazing, very courteous and responsive. Buffet breakfast and dinner was extensive and well managed by staff from entry to exit.

free drink zone is wonderful when we're waiting for check in. The shuttle bus is very convenient to travel between the hotel and the center.

“5 Stat experience, buffets are amazing value”
A true 5 star experience. The hotel should be treated as one of the main attractions of your trip. Buffet breakfast and dinner alone make the place worth the stay. Taiko dinner performance is a lot of fun. There are free shuttle busses that take you everywhere you would want to go in Kusatsu. Personally visits Sainokawara onsen which is a 15 minute walk away, and features some of the most beautiful displays in the Sainokawara park along the way.

“Great hot spring experience”
Great value experience for an onsen taster package. The rooms are clean and comfortable, very small bathroom - but the public baths are excellent. The outdoor bath in cold weather is a treat. The buffet can be crowded but the food is varied. We loved the drumming show and the shuttle bus is very handy. A very good stay for the price.

“Kusatsu place to stay”
Great food, surprisingly good and really great buffet. Good accessibility support for my mom who can't walk well or long distance, have REALLY good English speaking staff which helps a lot. Will stay again. Comfy place. TBH photos and brand logo doesn't do it justice. It's really lots better when in person. They have a symphony cake which is SOOOOO good.

“Modern banquet style hotel. Great value and good for large groups.”
The performance at 20:15 was wonderful. Baths were very clean and the water was lovely. Buffet dinner was delicious. There are massage chairs at the bathhouse resting area, water dispensers and ice lollies.

“Nice spacious hotel with friendly staff and walking distance to Yubatake!”
Big hotel and very friendly staff. We had to check-out early iat 5am so the front desk staff guided us through their check-out procedure the day before and coordinated with their night shift staff to ensure we had a smooth check-out.

“Good Onsens”
The shuttle service is great to and from bus station if you have luggages. onsen baths are nice , especially the outdoor cloud bath with milky color , make your skin silky smooth. Short walk to the Yubatake and Hotel has shuttle service day and night too. Buffet dinner were amazing 👏 served with local beef steaks which was really tasty.
