Didn't get to stay there. Despite having a confirmation from Booking.com, the place was closed when we arrived. Not sure of the reason, or even if it was their fault or the website.

Very nice, spacious room and bathroom. Clean and in a good state. Shower was cold, probably only because it was not self-explaining. I even got plenty of nice breakfast according to my demand. Lovely place in an area a bit out of the centre (20min walk to lake/buddha stairs)

Fabulous place, spacious room with private balcony, living room area and fridge, super clean, the family are very helpful and nice, breakfast is very good. One of the best places I 've stayed in Sri lanka. Distance to the bus station, 3-5 minutes by tuk tuk
