We arrived very late from the airport but the reception staff were available to greet us with cold towels and a smile. When visiting the pool, staff brought me lounger cushions and big fluffy clean towels. Breakfast staff were very helpful. Thank you.

“The staff went above and beyond for our honeymoon”
The staff at Kandyan Reach went above and beyond for us! We were only staying for 1 night because the location was convenient for our day trip, but they decorated our bed with the most magnificent peacock display, and even gave us a celebration cake! The food at the restaurant was very tasty, and breakfast was huge! The swimming pool was also a huge bonus. We were so impressed with this Hotel

The staff were absolutely lovely. The food was beautiful and the hotel was a real surprise. Beautiful pool area as well as a tranquil casual sitting area with a pond full of large fish. There were several sitting areas. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Very cold air conditioner, room service, and pleasant surroundings. Very close to the train station to Colombo.
