Friendly staff, I had booked for 2 days but couldn't arrive until the next day due to the prevailing weather situation and flooding in certain areas. When I asked booking com admin to waive the charges, they refused, but the hotel charged for only one day.

Bathroom light was not working, cockroach were there. Some facilities mentioned in booking confirmation were not provided when entering to the rooms. Happen to request those(ex: hairdryer)
