The location was great. The room was a bit bigger than most Japanese business hotels. Also, I couldn't smell any cigarette smoke, so that was a plus.

The hotel stay was okay overall, but we were very disappointed with the breakfast service. We chose this hotel because breakfast was included, as stated on Booking.com. We stayed for three nights but received breakfast only once. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6:30 to 9:00, but on two days when we arrived around 7:15, the bread and salad were already finished and not refilled due to “limited quantity.” This was surprising, as it was still early in the breakfast time. We paid for breakfast in advance but did not receive it, so we had to spend extra money elsewhere. We usually choose hotels with breakfast due to dietary restrictions, but this experience was disappointing.

The hotel was just like expected, a good value and perfect for one night. The breakfast area is beside the entrance area and quite small. The breakfast contains mainly freshly made Onigiri and miso soup. There were small croissants aswell. A good snack but I wouldn't call it a breakfast. The beds were very firm and we got additional pillows on request which was great.

Very near to train station that also houses eateries and a supermarket. Reasonable overnight parking at 500Yen. Very clean room, simple and functional.

“Good for a over night stay in Kurume”

Automatic check in, reception staff were there if there was any problem. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Wifi good and secure. Close to lots of shops and restaurants, and a short 10 minute walk to the Ishibashi cultural park. The staff were very helpful.

Convenient location only a few minutes on foot from Nishitetsu Kurume station. Very good access to public transport. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
