Was assigned a low floor unit, building was under reno and fully covered in scaffolding, altho there is a good size window in row, the roller blind cannot be drawn up else workers will be looking into unit, so room was compromised of natural light and indoor lighting was insufficient too.

The location next to the Nishitetsu station is very convenient. The rooms are very spacious for Japanese hotels. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful - all Japanese hotel staff are helpful and pleasant but the Hotel Esprit staff were really excellent. Breakfast was nice.

I have stayed at this hotel four times and have alwalways found it very good value. The location is excellent, the staff very welcoming and the rooms comfortable.

the staff were really nice. it has all i need in a hotel. so glad i could do the laundry as well. re: location, it's very near the arcade/shopping street (商店街) where you can eat and drink. basically unwind.

Love the location which is very near to train stations and bus stops. This makes travelling easy. Appreciate the amenities given especially mouthwash and face products. The staff were friendly and helpful too, giving us tips on where to find good food. We have enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The location is very good、 It would be even better if parking was free. The train noise didn't bother me that much. It was nice that they provided replacement towels.
