“Reasonable priced hotel next to the Nishitetsu station”
Good location next to the Nishitetsu Station for a fair price. The breakfast was included with free drinks. Bed and bathroom were clean and large enough. All necessary amenities were included.

“Never will I return to this hotel and I will not recommend it to other traveler.”
It is terrible that there is NO loading/unloading area for guest luggage at the front lift lobby of hotel. The hotel should tell guest in advance how to manage this loading/unloading luggage problem. Secondly, the entrance of this hotel should be clearly shown outside of hotel. It take us a lot of time to find the entrance lift lobby. This hotel should use email in advance to inform all guests how to get to the hotel.

“Indeed it was a great 5 days and 4 nights stay”
it's very accessible in terms of mobility.there's a lot of shops around. my 4 night stay was almost perfect.The breakfast is very good to start a day.
