“Overall experience was good. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff was so helpful!”
Location is good, very convenient! Hotel room is more spacious then I expected. Shower and toilet are separated. Hotel parking service was good, but no attendants after 9pm. Have to call front desk staff to come and help..

“A nice business hotel in Kurume”
This is a nice standard hotel in Kurume, easily reachable from the train station and very connected by bus to each side of Kurume. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was a standard smaller Japanese room with enough space for 2 people. The bathroom and amenties were good. There are a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Many thanks for a good stay.

“New-ish hotel with modern facilities.”
Modern, new looking hotel with spanking new facilities. Public onsen was mid sized but sufficient. There is also an exercise room/gym, oxygen spa and ice machine. Room was spacious and well furnished. Didn’t have the breakfast there so cannot comment. Hotel is about 700m from JR Kurume Station along a straight mainstreet.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely onsen and sauna. Good restaurants nearby. It was a 15 minute walk from the bus station and a gorgeous Buddhist temple. Loved our stay.

“Comfy hotel in chic cafe town”
Rooms are large for a hotel and there is a large sento to bathe in. Beds are very comfortable and the lobby is nice and spacious. Surrounded by plenty of nice cafes and delicious eateries. The receptionists are very friendly, extra pillows and robes are available outside on our floor.

“Great experience with full comfort at Kurume!”
Since the prices at other hotels in Fukuoka explode for Saturday we had to book this hotel in Kurume which fits with our travel plans, but it turned out to be a great choice! The hotel is located right in middle of 2 train stations (JR Kurume station and Nishitetsu-Kurume station - 1km from each). The first day when we came from Kumamoto, we stop at JR Kurume station and go to the hotel, then the next day, we go to Nishitetsu-Kurume station and take the Nishitetsu train to visit Dazaifu. The location of the hotel is perfect then for our travel plans, the surrounding areas is quiet but beautiful as well, in the middle of the city. Other than that, our room is quite spacious with comfy bedding, big flat screen TV and every amenities needed. The staff speaks English very well so no communication problem at all. A big bonus that I didn't know was that every guest has access to a public bathroom (natural thermal onsen) in the 2nd floor. They even provided yukata and slippers, towels for that. It's a shame that we didn't use this service since we were to shy. Overall a great experience !

I booked the room for three people for two double beds. THE BED IS SO SMALL AND IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR TWO ADULTS TO REST. The room is only for two not for three. Green Rich Hotel Kurume charged for 3 persons but offer the same room as for 2.
