Overview
Situated in Kure, 1.2 km from Yamato Museum, Guest House Kutomare boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. JR Kure Station is a 13-minute stroll from the accommodation. Bathroom facilities are shared while extras include slippers and towels. Toothbrushes, razors and body sponges are provided at an additional charge. Personal lockers are provided for each bed. There is luggage storage space at the property. The shared lounge on site features a TV, microwave and refrigerator. Guests will find a shower room with bath amenities including shampoo, hair conditioners and body soap, in addition to a wash basin. High-tech toilets are featured on site. “Very inconvenient place”
This hostel is ok to sleep for one night, but everything is so inconvenient, that it was really annoying. For example, there is a kitchen with kettle, but with no cups, tea and coffee. Also no chopsticks to eat a noodles, for example. Every time you move from bed to guest room, you need to open a couple of doors with a large key, which doesn’t fit inside the pocket. To get something like cup, you need to go down to the bar on the first floor (if it’s open)

I was right next to the bus stop. Super convenient to get to. Also there is a Manga themed bar right below that is super cozy and sweet.

“Place is close to many restaurants and within walking distance to Kure's naval attractions!”
Location is easy to find as you just have to follow the main road to find it, it is on the 4th floor and the host is the owner of the Takoyaki shop on the first floor. The bedroom unit is very spacious and clean with personal lockers, bath and face towels are provided daily. There is a washing & drying machine for 100/200円 in the toilet. The opposite guest unit consists of the lounge for eating and general relaxation in addition to the showering room.

“Lovely”
Thank you very much for your local information! The lemon sour was super tasty, and such a fun bar with the Japanese candy! Your takoyaki place was already closed - so I found the yatai stalls and had some tasty yakiniku! Great information for the airport bus too, thank you so much!
