Just a 10-minute walk from JR Kurashiki Station, Hostel Cuore Kurashiki is located in a historic Bikan district in Kurashiki. Each guest room features unique design and stylish interior. Free WiFi is provided in the public area. Guests at the Cuore Hostel can choose to stay in a private room or in a dormitory room with bunk beds. “Good for a short stay”
The location is great right next to the old district which is the main part of coming to kurashiki. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was fairly clean and had all the amenities you would need though plugs were a bit of an issue as there was damage on one of them. But for a short stay a pretty good location!

“GREAT VALUE at the BEST LOCATION to experience Kurashiki”
SUPER central location. The Canal is right behind the hostel. The main sights or hangout places are: a) Ivy square which was 5 minutes away and the b) Old historical street which was 7 min. away. The place has a VIBE, with a pub at the basement. No noise from there comes up, but you can see in from above as per the structure and it gives a warm, lively feel. It's a 15 min. walk from Kurashiki station so convenient in all ways.

“Good stay in a a small studio.”
The room was big and the location was superb. It is just two blocks away from the main attraction, Bikan Historical Quarter, and 20 minutes away walking from the station. The decoration was neat and the kitchen had enough supplies. The cafe in the main building looked very good although we didn't have time to enjoy it. It looks like a good choice for the weekends.

Staff were friendly and offered good service. The building is quite an interesting design. The downstairs restaurant/cafe was a very nice space and had great food, coffee, wine, drinks, etc. Our room was loft-style and quite cool. The location was good, close to the Bikan canal.

Good location, 5 minutes from the chanal district. Clean common bathroom (but If o remember correctly closed between 10 and 5… at that time you have to go to the first floor)

Location was right in the heart of the historic area which was perfect as thats the main reason I came to Kurashiki! The staff are lovely and the breaky was also great! The bed had a heated underlay on the mattress which made it nice and cozy especially with how cold it is

“Trendiest place in Japan”
I got lucky and had the most recently renovated 4-bed apartment with 3 friends. But this room was exceptional. Not large but very unique and a trip highlight. Staff were young, very trendy and very helpful and personable. Shared spaces were clean and had many utilities. Restaurant/bar on first floor was very cool and played great music. Location was unbelievable.

“Best accommodation I had in Japan”
Everything. Location was sensational. I stayed in the annex studio apartment next door to the hostel and it was the nicest accommodation I had on my trip to Japan. Self contained and I had all I needed. It was very comfortable and clean and the staff were gorgeous, especially the guy who helped me carry my suitcase to my room on the 2nd floor and the lady the next day who helped me ship my luggage the next day too.
