The beds were very comfortable. They provide a huge array of free items like brushes, toothbrushes, razors, etc. They even give free ramen every night and complementary hot and cold drinks at the lobby. After onsen you also get free ice cream and yakult. For this price range it is amazing what they provide. Also the staff was very helpful and nice. Location is very close to the Bikan area.

“Well managed hotel with good facilities.”

Found the rooms tight, beds a little firm and the one small pillow not quite enough. But what the rooms lack lacked in size and comfort the hotel made up for in the wonderful breakfast and the helpful and friendly staff. The 9th floor has a natural-spring onsen, a TV room and two large massage chairs for guests. I really appreciated the female laundry too. Nice touch. Good location; Kurashiki is a lovely place. Thank you Dormy Inn, I’d definitely stay again.

The location was perfect providing easy access to the main sights of Kurishiki and surrounding restaurants. The hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee, ice creams and ramen at 9.30pm which was popular.

Close to station and old quarter. Breakfast was excellent and the noodles served at night were an extra bonus. The onsen and sauna were good.

Great location for Bikan Quarter and Ohara Art Museum, good onsen on the top floor, some nice free perks.

The staff at reception were really good, very friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to check in straightaway, and left our luggage at reception. When we got back, the luggage had already been brought up to our room. The room was a good size, clean, and well laid out. Location is excellent: walking distance from the train station, and just across the road from the old district. We would definitely stay here again.

The entire stay was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every respect. All amenities were maintained to the highest standard, and the overall level of comfort and service was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, beautifully prepared, and impeccably clean, with no signs of dust, mold, or any maintenance issues. The onsen was also very clean, relaxing, and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated the additional facilities and thoughtful details provided by the hotel, all of which contributed to a highly comfortable and memorable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would be very happy to return in the future.
