Staff's are very friendly and the room is clean too. Location is strategically near to Desa Farm, Hooga Cafe, Sonsodikon Hill and Selera Kebun Kundasang Restaurant. If you want to visit Kundasang, February is the best time to visit and stay. You get a clear view of Mount Kinabalu and the weather is great. Highly recommend 👍👍

The house is located at the lowest level, need to go down a flight of stairs if you don't mind and if you pack light, this place is right for you. The balcony is very nice, overlooking the Kundasang town and the vegetable farms. The view is a 10/10. Room was spacious and the house was clean. Loud footsteps and moving of furniture can be heard from upstairs and can be a nuisance, the kitchen utensils were incomplete and wasn't enough for 4 persons which the unit were supposed to accomodate, regardless of that, you can borrow them from the common kitchen upstairs. Unit has an iron and ironing board which is a plus.

All rooms are very spacious, including kitchen & dining hall. Very nice place for big groups of family & friends. You can pay for an extra mattress if not enough bed. Gunung Kinabalu view was just at the lobby.
