no water for shower whole day. informed the technician or housekeeping. they promised to come to fix but end up didnot come. please arrange to refund as all of us were feeling uncomfortable in view of not able to shower

It was a great stay with the cool atmosphere and amazing view of the mount kinabalu,its like staying half way to the top of the mount.the house was big enough for a big family.

The view was nice. The kitchenware was complete too which was convenient for us.
