The service was quite unprofessional. The room door handle was broken and was not replaced. There was no wardrobe provided, the TV channel selection was very limited, and the overall cleanliness was below standard. It was very noisy upstairs, and the soundproofing was not good.

“Decent guesthouse, value for money.”
Good location, just beside the main road. Don't need to go down winding road like other guest house. Wifi works well, lucky there's wifi phone doesn't have reception at all. From all the reviews, it says no hot water and water pressure it low. I'm able to resolve the issue by placing the shower head to the bucket to collect the hot water before taking a bath. It's good that bucket is provided.

I like the food they serve, it's a good facility after a long day. And they willing to prepare upon our taste and request. The parking space is so good. Overall it's a good stay, no any distraction.

“Value for money accommodation”
The location of the hotel is perfect for travel or holiday stop by before you continue the drive to KK. It is within the vicinity of Kundasang markets and tourist attractions. Most importantly, staffs are friendly and made me felt welcome! Cleanliness of the rooms are good.
